Project Description: I need a design layout for limited floor space home.
Design is to be modern open plan minimalist concept.
Floor plan has water views out the windows at the bottom of the plan so it is prefered that they do not get built out
Master suite has to contain a spa 1800mm x 900mm, shower (1800 x 1000mm or 1500x1500mm), wardrobe units as well as space for a 2000 x 2000mm bed
External walls cannot be moved.
Kitchen-living must have plenty of bench space but also room for a siiting/television area. Please dont obstruct passage to the balcony and leave room for large sliding doors to balcony,
3D models or sketches a definite plus
