Project Description: I would like a home mock-up design to be produced. Sketchup preferred (not required) since I know how to use that program.
I would actually like to choose a few different winners or have multiple unique designs with one winner. Please specify in your bid if you would provide one design or many.
Here are the requirements:
- This building will be built over the top of a current under ground structure
- The bedrooms will be in the underground structure and are not part of this bid
- The home will need to be <1200 sq ft (111 sq meters).
- It is preferred that there is an abundance of windows on 3 sides of the structure
- Fireplace on one wall; shared to the outside
- Open floor plan
- Stairs to the structure below
- Full bathroom
- Kitchen
- Living / entertainment area
- No bedrooms in this structure
I do not need architectural detail or building plans. I'm looking for creativity in the layout and general design. Please ask any questions you may need to prior to bidding.
